Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no payment details at all. The Unlimited trial also starts without a card. We remind you before the 30 days are up, and you only pay if you choose to continue.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no penalties. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your data stays accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation, and you can export everything before then.
Does the price include VAT?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at the standard rate (20%) will be added at checkout. Your invoices from WeekOne will include a full VAT breakdown for your records.
What happens when my team grows beyond 3 on Free?
The Free plan is capped at 3 users. When you need a fourth seat you'll be prompted to upgrade to Unlimited, which has no user limit, so you'll never be charged per person again.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything (customers, invoices, projects) as CSV or JSON at any time during that window.
What happens at the end of my Unlimited trial?
If you have 3 or fewer users you automatically move to the Free plan. Nothing gets deleted. If you have more than 3 users you'll need to either subscribe or reduce your team size to continue.
